Great 5 Minute Plank Routine

Planks are a great way to get some exercise in a small space. This is a great quick routine that will get your muscles burning and work your core. Hiking is great, but nothing gets your core fired up like some good floor exercise.

These exercises are something you can either do down below on a sailboat or up on deck, and with only a 5 minutes routine, it’s a great way to bump up your exercise on the sailboat!
